Welcome to Solomon e3 EnergyConnect and the Solomon e3 Portal (collectively, the “Services”), provided by The Solomon Consulting Group, LLC (“Solomon Group,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, mobile applications, software, and related services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration

The Solomon e3 EnergyConnect App and Solomon e3 Portal enable users to:
Monitor and manage household and community energy usage.
Access energy-efficiency recommendations and rebate programs.
Connect with qualified contractors and service providers.
View energy upgrade progress and environmental impact data.
Participate in energy efficiency, sustainability, and workforce programs.
These Services are designed to support equitable energy management for individuals, businesses, and communities through AI-powered insights, data integration, and smart technology.
3. License and Use
Solomon Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Modify, copy, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
Use the Services to violate any law, infringe on rights, or harm others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
4. Data Collection and Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices consistent with that policy.
5. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Services may include integrations or links to third-party tools, products, or services (such as utility partners, rebate programs, or contractors). Solomon Group is not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of any third-party provider. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
6. User Content and Conduct
By submitting data, feedback, or other content through the Services, you grant Solomon Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and analyze such content to improve service quality and functionality. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, trademarks, software, and data analytics models within the Services, are owned or licensed by Solomon Group and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Solomon Group makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. Energy usage data and recommendations are for informational purposes and may not guarantee specific outcomes or savings.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solomon Group and its affiliates, officers, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solomon Group, its officers, and partners from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
